Product Placement(a.k.a. product-tie-in) is a sophisticated company communication technique, which consists in the placement of a product or brand inside a pre-built narrative structure, being able of merging in it.
Product Placement IS NOT the surreptitious advertising, but a real life study positioning study of a brand, product or service made by experts of the segment which keeps in mind tangible and intangible values of the object to be inserted in the Narrative Structure and in the meantime, the needs and the characteristics of the format, through which the narrative structure is rendered to the audience.
