Holographic performance
In the last years throughout the world is growing interest in the most modern methods of visual information and new tecniques for large impressive communication.
Cultural heritage of a nation it is also represented by ancient and modern musical tradition.
Rebel Alliance Empowering is involved with it's partner Rebel Alliance Middle East in the Emirates, Se7e Ar7es Produções in Brasil and Brush in Qatar in developping several projects to create traveling exhibitions or live show to disseminate cultural heritage by digitally reproducing of musical artists in real performance on stage.

With “Holographic Performance” we define the new language which is emerging in the scope of figurative arts, entertainment and communication, which is characterized mainly by as a “realistic illusion”.
The result which we try to reach is to render an holographic image, which is not distinguishable from reality. This characterization is typical in the usage of holography, and is based on the principle which uses the medium as a representation mean of something that actually does not exist, and is layered with real life elements; for this reason, we can refer to it as an Augmented Reality technique, perceived by the spectator in a context which we may define “Holographic Scenography”. A Synthespian or a Cyberstar are digital clones of a human being, in voice and appearance, recreated using 3D CGI techniques, digital animations, and also computer tools for sound manipulation and creation. In entertainment industry, the first effective applications are cited in movie’s recent history when, in 1987, Marilyn Monroe and Humphrey Bogart have been cloned experimentally for the first digital acting tests. From that point on there have been, contextually with the progressive development of creative technologies for VFX production, more and more sophisticated realizations up to Brad Pitt’s human-realistic digital clone production in “The Curious Case of Benjamin Button” motion picture and Jeff Birdge’s in “Tron 2 – Legacy”. With Avatar movie production, in 2009, Cinema sees for the first time the full mixture of tech-production and videogames industry, that until then was basically used for real-time technological animations, but less in the movie’s industry for its major request of photorealism. In the industry of live entertainment, the first Synthespian usage experiment is cited in literature with the 22nd of august 2009 event, during which “Hatsune Miku Cyberstar” exhibited in her first live concert, singing, with her synthetic voice produced with a Yamaha system, and dancing in front of 25.000+ spectators during the Animelo Summer Live in Saitama Super Arena, Japan.
