AL EMBOROR AND AL KAMIL
The Crusades seen from the Arabic point of view: the first plot of his kind which sees crusades from the Arabic perspective.
From the essay of the of the arabist historician prof. Lo Celso, the subject for the action/adventure movie (and meanwhile culturally effective) was elaborated, which narrates about the match-clash and the friendship between the “Emperor Frederick II” and the Arabic Conqueror “Sultan Al Kamil”, during the single moment of the entire history of crusades that ended in a peace between the Muslim and Christian worlds.
Positioning though from Arab Population’s perspective throughout the narration of the happenings of the Crusade to comprehend at the best level the nowadays events going on between Arabic and Western Worlds.
This was possible because the studies were based on some original Arabic texts by Sibt Ibn al Jawzi or from Ibn al Athir which report, as eyewitnesses and actual players since the 1229, relationships between the two big players Al Kamil and Al Enboror; moreover, the essay is integrated by important Arab findings and teachings learned by the Western civilization referred even in the Historical text by Friar Tutini in 1640: all of it put together in the compelling plot of the movie.
The movie treatment “in costume” follows the history of specific characters in Romantic and Action moments, all of which seasoned with an intense representation of VFXs which lead to the narration of specific Historical episodes such as the treaty between Frederick the II “Al Enboror” and the Sultan Al Kamil for Jerusalem. The movie will follow some characters even in the following of their friendship relationships which will show the spectator the importance of developing an human and cultural entente between different populations.

Inspired by Clint Eastwood’s will of working with the conjunction of points of view in the two movies “Letters from Iwo Jima” and “Flags of our Fathers” (2006 both), we have the possibility of putting up, basing on this treatment, two movies regarding the first example of Cross Cultural and Cross Religious of the whole History, from the moment that diplomacy alone and without major military confrontation, Jerusalem, Bethlehem, and a corridor running to the sea were ceded to the kingdom of Jerusalem (ruled by Frederick the II). Exception was made for the Temple area, the Dome of the Rock, and the Aqsa Mosque, which the Muslims retained; moreover, all current Muslim residents of the city would retain their homes and property.
